The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a general meeting of the Self-regulatory organization Association "Commonwealth of Organizations managing apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" with the participation of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.

In his speech, M. Salikhov noted the satisfactory work of the Association. At the same time, he pointed out the need to learn from the experience of other regions and hold meetings on housing and communal services, including field meetings. "Associations should propose solutions to problematic issues at the legislative level," the Deputy minister stressed.

Vladimir Andreev, head of the republican socially-oriented project "Live Like a Boss", spoke about ongoing housing and communal services competitions with the participation of MCD owners, about attracting college and institute students to practice in management companies, and about mentoring young professionals.

Olga Kruglova, Chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Trade Union Organization of Life Support Workers, highlighted the activities of the republican trade union organization. She stressed that trade unions should be established in housing and communal services organizations, and special attention should be paid to labor protection issues.

The head of BRIOR + K Management Company LLC, Kausaria Matrosova, suggested organizing the work of the Association with the participation of active housing and communal services experts and holding republican meetings on thematic issues.

During the meeting, the Association's Work Plan for 2025 was approved, which was formed based on the results of an analysis of the activities of management organizations over the past year. It also takes into account the proposals of government and supervisory authorities.
