The grand opening of the center took place in village Pelevo in Laishevsky municipal area of Tatarstan. A rural culture hose and a first-aid station are accommodated in one building.

“This is a real holiday for us. The construction was made possible thanks to the program for the construction of multi-service centers and first-aid stations, which is implemented under the auspices of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. We are grateful for the support and for the decision on the supplementary program on the construction of a multi-service centre in village Pelevo.  Many thanks to the builders for their quick work.  Now it is important to use the centre”, said Head of the area Mikhail Afanasyev.

Mikhail Afanasyev handed over letters of appreciation to the employees of LLC “StroiKom”, foreman Andrei Luchinin and chief engineer Vladislav Nikitin.

Director of LLC “StroiKom” Lenar Grigoryev said that the money for the construction of the center had been allocated by the Republic. “46 similar clubs were commissioned this year in Tatarstan, two of them in Laishevsky area. The construction in village Pelevo started in early July, and the work was done just during four months. The building is a model one, its total area is 493 square meters. The project is unique because of the used modern materials and means of fire safety. If there occur any problems, a signal is transferred to the boiler house, and an operator sees everything on the computer”, said Lenar Grigoryev.
