Our colleague is listed on the Electronic Honor Board of state civil servants of Tatarstan
Based on the results of the selection procedures established by the state body, Tatarstan state civil servants have been identified for inclusion on the Electronic Honor Board based on the results of their work in 2024. The grounds for inclusion on the Electronic Honor Board of the Republic of Tatarstan were professional achievements, initiative and personal contribution to improving the effectiveness of the implementation of the powers of state bodies.
Among the 33 honorary state civil servants there is also a representative of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Gulshat Batrshina, head of the Department for the formation of targeted programs of the Department of Economic Analysis and the formation of state programs.
"It is a great honor for me to represent the Ministry in this information section on the official portal of the republic. I thank our management for their trust in me," Gulshat Batrshina said.

The electronic honor board is one of the key factors for non-material incentives for government civil servants and improving the rating of a government agency.
