Marat Aizatullin spoke about the preparations for the International Real Estate Exhibition within the framework of KazanForum-2025

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a briefing "On the preparation and holding of the XVI International Economic Forum "Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum-2025" with the participation of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

In his opening remarks, Marat Aizatullin recalled that from May 14 to 16, within the framework of the International Economic Forum "Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum-2025", the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, is holding an International Real Estate Exhibition for the second time.

According to the Minister, the International Property Market is a unique international business event that brings together investors and real estate market leaders seeking to shape the future direction of the sector and its technologies.

"The exhibition and business program will provide an opportunity for effective international interaction between experts, investors, real estate agents, developers and developers. They will be able to share their experiences, present cutting-edge projects and trends, as well as increase brand awareness and presence both locally and globally," said M.Aizatullin.

Speaking about the preparations for this event, the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan said that 29 developers and developers will take part in the exhibition. They will demonstrate the leading practices of modern development. Construction projects of foreign and Russian real estate and architecture, as well as projects of companies in the construction industry, will also be presented. In particular, 22 companies from Russia are 13 federal developers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.  9 developers will represent the Republic of Tatarstan, 7 more participants from the United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

An extensive business program is also planned within the framework of the exhibition, during which 20 sessions will be held. The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan will participate in two sessions - "A modern approach to the integrated development of territories, including urban planning, environmental and social aspects" and "Prospects for the use of digital technologies in the construction and infrastructure of cities and agglomerations, and the development of solutions to improve the regulatory framework."

Marat Aizatullin stressed that confirmations had been received from all participants, and the cluster's construction was in its final stages.
