Marat Aizatullin presented the republic's construction complex at the real estate exhibition within the framework of the Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum forum
The exhibition of real estate and infrastructure projects was visited today as part of the International Economic Forum "Russia - the Islamic World: KazanForum" by Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of Tatarstan, Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia, and Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia.
The exhibition opened on an area of more than 1300 square meters in the pavilion of the Kazan Expo IEC.
Builders and developers from more than 20 regions of Russia presented their expositions, including federal developers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, etc., as well as construction companies from abroad.
The guests got acquainted with a number of presentations, visited the stands of construction companies.
Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Marat Aizatullin briefly presented information about the region's construction complex.
The share of Tatarstan's construction industry in the gross regional product is 7.3%, the volume of work performed by the type of activity "construction" in 2024 amounted to 908.9 billion rubles, the volume of services provided by housing and communal services in 2024 - 63.6 billion rubles. The Minister also spoke about the production of building materials and other areas in the construction sector.
As part of Tatarstan's socio-economic Development Strategy, agglomerations such as Kazan, Kama and Almetyevsk agglomerations will be developed until 2030.
The exhibition is attended by such developers as GC Exactly, Ak Bars Dom, Unistroy, SMU-88, SuvarStroit and others.
