Program on major repairs of apartment houses being implemented in Kamsko-Ustinsky area
Program “Major repairs of apartment houses” has been implemented in Kamsko- Ustinsky municipal for several years already. This work was entrusted to the management companies and HOA. The activities for maintenance and repair of apartment houses in village Kamskoye Ustye are being carried out by LLC “Management Company “Nash Dom”.
LLC “Management Company “Nash Dom” was established on March 14th, 2006. The main activity of the company is the maintenance of the housing stock. The company renders services for 27 apartment houses with a total area of 25,187.5 square meters. Company “Nash Dom” provides citizens with uninterrupted supply of housing and communal resources of good quality and the amount necessary to consumers, as well as permanent sewage service, heating during the heating season and the readiness of the utilities included the common property of apartments’ owners. The company provides services on the basis of contracts with the owners, such as minor repairs of residential buildings and landscaping of the local area, maintenance and repair of internal heating networks, water and sewerage networks, as well as power supply networks, major repairs of apartment houses, hiring, cleaning and rodent control. The company also accepts and registers applications from the public, quickly responds thereto, and monitors the progress of their full and high-quality execution. In ten days, the company provides a documentary response to written questions, suggestions, requests and complaints.
Emergency dispatch services of an apartment building are rendered around the clock. Since January 2013, the dispatch service has accepted 171 applications, including those concerning repairs of mixer taps, toilets, door-to-door sewers cleaning, and installation of water meters in apartments in the amount of 133 pieces.
In winter season the company carried out snow clearing, removed ice from the roofs; in summer it made grass cutting, in autumn the company repaired skylights in Komarov Street in houses number 12, 17 and vents in Komarov Street in houses number 22 and 23.
The company repaired the access doors and entrances in house number 17 in Komarov Street. Similar work was carried out in houses number 13 and 10 in Komarov Street. Skylights were installed and rodent control was carried out in houses number 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 23 in Komarov Street and in house number 94 in Gagarin Street. In house number 7 in Komarov Street they repaired gutters, and new doors were installed in the entrances of houses number 7, 22, 23 located in the same street.
In accordance with the implementation of the Federal Law “On the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” house number 17 in Komarov Street and house number 15 in Dzerzhinsky Street were repaired by means of the funds allocated from the budgets of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense and using the funds of the owners of the premises.
