Houses for local police officers built in Menzelinsky area

As part of the integrated program for the crime prevention in the Republic of Tatarstan, 82 houses for local police officers were to be built in 39 municipalities. Buildings that will house a police point and flat for a police officer are being built in villages. The construction was funded from three sources.  20 houses in 18 municipalities were built by means of the Republic’s budget. An administrative and residential complex was built in village Kuzembetyevo in Menzelinsly municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The celebration of handing over the keys to the local police officer was attended by distinguished guests such as Head of the area Ildar Salakhov, Head of the district department of internal affairs Ilsur Khaziyev and others. This settlement is supervised by local police officer Rifat Ismagilov. Seven years ago, he took a job in the department of Internal Affairs in Menzelinsky area and has been working here since that day. The area served by Rifat, in addition to village Kuzembetyevo, includes Takermenskoye and Konovalovskoye settlements. He is married and has two sons. Rifat Ismagilov says: “The government has begun to take care of us, a new house has been built. I used to come from Menzelinsk. For our family it is a great event, we are all happy to move into a new house. I think there will be less crime from this very moment. “For my husband the return to his native village is a double joy. This was an unexpected gift for us. We are very grateful to the government”, said Rifat’s wife.

The construction of 41 residential houses in 38 entities was financed by means of the municipalities. A complex in Staromatveyevskoye rural settlement was built in our area. It should be noted that the District Council deputy Eduard Kuznetsov rendered initial financial assistance in the construction of the police station. And for two months there appeared a local police station. The house area is 95 square meters; the office area is 20 square meters. At the ceremony to mark the handover of the keys to local police officer Sergei Antonov, letters of thanks of the head of the area were given to the employees of PMK “Melioratsiya”, which built two facilities, to Yevgeny Petrov and Artur Semyonov. Sergei Antonov has been working in the department of the Ministry of the Interior more than 10 years. During his work he established himself a diligent and conscientious worker. As of today, he is an exemplary father and husband. His administrative area includes Atryaklinskoye, Irkenyashskoye, and Matveyevskoe rural settlements inhabited by about 3,500 people. Sergei Antonov and Rifat Ismagilov were given cars to do their duties.
