In Tatarstan, the housing construction plan has been completed by 52%

Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of housing construction last Saturday.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.

The plan for housing construction has been completed by 52%. Developers have commissioned 1 million 693 thousand square meters. m.

The plan for commercial housing has been completed by 11% of the plan. The area of 37 commissioned apartment buildings is 191 thousand square meters. m.

The social library program has reached 43% - 6 out of 35 houses have been commissioned, with a total area of 69 thousand square meters. m.

Annual obligations under individual housing construction have been fully fulfilled: 10 thousand 620 houses with an area of 1 million 434 thousand square meters have been built.

A contract for 37 apartments has been signed under the housing program for orphaned children.

In the category of young families, 13 recipients used the subsidy funds, and 53 more families are engaged in the selection of suitable apartments.

The State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is selecting residential premises for representatives of the category of "large families with 5 or more children." All 27 certificates of this year with a total area of 2,356 sq. m. are decorated.
