More than half of the annual plan for housing construction has been completed in the republic

For housing construction in the republic, more than half of the annual plan has been completed - 56%. In absolute terms, this is 1 million 814 thousand square meters. This was reported last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The area of 47 apartment buildings under construction along the commercial line exceeded 311 thousand square meters, which is 18% of the planned annual volumes. Also, 6 out of 35 houses have been commissioned, which are being built under the social mortgage program. Their total area is 69 thousand square meters.m. The program has been completed by 43%. Developers of individual housing exceeded the mark of the annual plan – 101%, or 1 million 434 thousand square meters.m.

Two government contracts have been signed for 123 residential premises intended for orphaned children. These apartments are located in 17 municipalities. The subject of the third state contract is 81 residential premises.

In the category of young families, 25 recipients used the subsidy funds. Another 41 families are being determined on suitable housing for themselves.

The total area of 27 residential premises intended for large families is 2,356 sq.m. All certificates are issued.
