Construction of 8.8 km of water supply networks has begun in Bugulma. The facility is included in the program of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", 234 million 430 thousand rubles have been allocated for this purpose.
As noted in the State Institution "Main Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan", the existing steel water pipeline in the city, commissioned in 1969, is badly worn out and out of order. The effect of the construction of new water supply networks will be significant and will allow restoring reliable water supply to residents of Bugulma, Talli-Bulyak settlement and the "V" microdistrict. By providing drinking water, the quality of life of 83,000 people will improve, and the risk of accidents and water supply disruptions will decrease.
All conditions will also be created for the development of infrastructure and landscaping of the urban area.
At the moment, 4.5 km of pipes have been laid. Construction and installation works are on schedule, the implementation rate of program activities is 48%. The facility is scheduled to be put into operation by September 30.
As previously noted by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, in 2025, 36 facilities will be renovated under the new national project "Infrastructure for Life", 3 billion 200 million rubles are provided for implementation, 1.5 billion of which are funds from the republican budget.
In addition, this year, at the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, a republican program was launched with funding of 8.5 billion rubles. It includes 100 objects. Thus, according to two programs, 136 engineering infrastructure facilities in 45 municipalities will be modernized in Tatarstan. The costs will amount to 11 billion 700 million rubles.
