A workshop on improving labor productivity has been organized for enterprises in the construction industry
Today, a seminar "Tools for increasing labor productivity for construction industry enterprises" was held at the site of Kazansky DSK LLC. It was organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Center for Energy-Efficient Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the federal project "Labor Productivity" is being actively implemented in Tatarstan, which this year became part of the new national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
"The program helps enterprises to master the tools and technologies of lean manufacturing, save resources and eliminate losses. All this allows us to achieve better results," said I.Nurmukhametov.
Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted that Kazan House-Building Plant LLC was not chosen as the venue for the training seminar by chance. Since 2019, the company has been one of the successful participants in the federal project to increase labor productivity. During this period, a significant effect has been achieved from lean manufacturing and the design approach. In particular, the total number of reinforced concrete products produced has doubled, output per person has increased, staffing has been optimized, physical exertion has been reduced and the ergonomics of welders' workplaces has been improved. In addition, transparency and digitalization of business processes were noted.
During the seminar, the participants were told about the experience of implementing the federal project "Labor Productivity" in Tatarstan. The seminar was also attended by the heads of construction companies in the republic using projects to increase labor productivity.
