In 2025, 1 billion rubles were allocated from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of infrastructure on land plots provided to large families. 500 million rubles each will be used to provide water supply networks and build roads.
The construction of water supply networks is planned in the residential districts "Sunflowers" and "Ryabinka" of the village of Azmushkino and the village of Biklyan of the Tukayevsky district, along Shatlyk, Semeynaya, Yubileynaya and others streets in Zelenodolsk, the Saydasheva-Yubileynaya microdistrict in the city of Laishevo, the village of Kaymary of the Vysokogorsky district. GBU "Modern Energy-saving Technologies and Engineering Communications" has been identified as the customer and developer of the construction of facilities.
The construction of roads from a crushed stone-sand mixture is planned in the Sunflower microdistrict of the village of Azmushkino in the Tukayevsky district, along Shatlyk, Semeynaya and Yubileynaya streets in Zelenodolsk, the village of Kaymary and the rural settlement of Dachny in the Vysokogorsky district, the village of Borok in the Nizhnekamsk district, the residential area of Kulseitovo in the Sovetsky district of Kazan. The customer and developer here is GBU Glavstroy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
