Marat Aizatullin: A large-scale renovation of the housing stock is planned this year
Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a briefing on the progress of the overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan. The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin spoke at the event.
"In 2025, major repairs will be carried out in 911 apartment buildings in the republic. By the decision of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, an additional 3 billion rubles have been allocated for the current year, which made it possible to provide an integrated approach to carrying out repairs in apartment buildings and increase the number of houses in the program by 219," said M.Aizatullin.
The volume of financing for major repairs has reached 11 billion 266 million rubles. The main directions of expenses include roof repairs and facade insulation using modern energy-saving technologies, installation of nodes for automatic control of coolant temperature in heating systems. The house's internal communications are also being updated: electrical networks, heating, water supply and sewerage.
In addition, the overhaul program includes the replacement of worn-out elevators with modern energy efficiency class models of at least class "B".
"If in previous years there were enough funds to replace about 250 elevators, this year the program provides for the replacement of 711," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the new requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "Elevator Safety", elevators that have completed their intended service life must be replaced by February 15, 2030. By this date, 1,955 elevators will have to be replaced in the republic, the service life of which reaches the statutory deadline of 25 years. These replacements will be carried out in strict accordance with the current technical regulations, which guarantee the safety and reliability of the equipment.
