"Tatarstan's positive experience has served as an impetus for making changes to federal housing legislation. 17,635 apartment buildings were included in the republican regional program. The implementation period is set for 30 years, from 2014 to 2043. A regional operator has been created, the non–profit organization Housing and Communal Services Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, over the past 17 years, more than 12 thousand apartment buildings have been renovated, the total area of which was over 53 million square meters.m.
