This year, 103 socio-cultural facilities are being built according to national projects

Today, a briefing on the construction of socio-cultural facilities in Tatarstan in 2025 was held at the Tatar-inform News Agency. Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, informed about the progress of the work.

The Deputy Minister paid special attention to the construction of social and cultural facilities based on national projects.

"As part of national projects, we are building 103 facilities for a total amount of 8 billion 39 million rubles.  Of these, 1 billion 961 million are funds from the republican budget," said I. Gimaev.

Thus, 38 facilities are being built in the healthcare sector under the national project "Long and active Life". These are 34 medical and obstetric centers in 19 municipalities, Almetyevsk City Polyclinic No. 3 in Ursala microdistrict, Municipal Polyclinic No. 20 in Vishnevka village of Kazan, Municipal Polyclinic No. 20 in Vesna Residential Complex of Kazan and Municipal Children's Polyclinic No. 11 in the Residential ComplexThe Volga expanses of Kazan.

The following facilities are planned to be built in the field of education. According to the national project "Family", there are two kindergartens: 340 places in the village of Kuyuki in the Pestrechinsky municipal district (currently 25% of the work has been completed) and a 260-place kindergarten in the village of Oktyabrsky in the Zelenodolsk municipal district (39%). According to the national project "Youth and Children", two schools are being built for 1,224 places each: in the residential district 22 of the residential complex "Zamelekesye" of Naberezhnye Chelny and in the residential complex "Summer" of Kazan.

In addition, the construction of a Care Home in Zelenodolsk continues. This facility is a transitional one – work with a budget of 333 million rubles began in 2024. This year, a boarding school for the elderly and disabled has been included in the federal program "The Older Generation" of the national Family project. More than 516 million rubles have been additionally allocated for this, including over 108 million from the national budget.
