The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan participates in the implementation of program activities totaling over 140 billion rubles
Today, on the eve of the Builder's Day, the traditional press conference of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin took place.
In his speech, the Minister noted that this year the Ministry participates in the implementation of 48 republican programs, 6 national projects, 4 state programs and extra-programmatic events. They include 3,677 facilities for a total amount of 140 billion 67 million rubles.
According to Marat Aizatullin, since 2021, more than 3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned annually in Tatarstan. For the current year, it is planned to build 3,260,000 square meters, including 1,415.6 thousand square meters for residential housing, 1,682.6 thousand square meters for residential housing, and 161.8 thousand square meters for a social library.
"At the moment, the housing commissioning plan has been completed by 71.5% - 2,333,260 square meters have been built. And here Tatarstan is the leader in the Volga Federal District and ranks fourth in the Russian Federation," said Marat Aizatullin.
Special attention will be paid to the modernization of municipal infrastructure facilities. Thus, according to the national project "Infrastructure for Life", 36 facilities will be renovated for 3 billion 200 million rubles. In addition, this year, at the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the republican program "Modernization of housing and communal services" was launched, which included 100 structures. 8.5 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes. Thus, a total of 136 facilities will be upgraded in 45 municipalities of Tatarstan for a total amount of 11 billion 700 million rubles.
The head of the Ministry of Construction stressed that educational facilities remain a priority. In particular, 5 schools, 3 additional buildings for 5,251 places, and 7 kindergartens for 1,580 places will be built. It is also planned to overhaul 250 educational institutions.
In 2025, it is planned to improve 63 parks for 1.91 billion rubles. According to the Our Yard program, 678 courtyards will be equipped for 10 billion rubles.
