On progress in implementing program “Pure Water” in Kamsko-Ustinsky area

The main purpose of state program “Pure Water” being implemented for already several years in Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal area is the provision of pure drinking water that meets the established sanitary and epidemiological rules and requirements of hygienic standards. The program also aims to bring rural water supply to the city’s level, the development of the water supply system with the introduction of modern technology. During the implementation of the program a water pipeline was laid from new water supply wells of urazlinskoye deposit of fresh water to storage tanks with a capacity of 300 cubic meters located in Polevaya Street in Kamskoye Ustye. In the future, there will be carried out construction works to connect the pipeline to the storage tanks.

In 2014, the reconstruction of the second line of biological treatment plants in the Kuibyshevsky Zaton will be continued and completed under program “Pure Water”. 19.5 million rubles were allocated under the program for these types of works. In 2014, it is planned to construct a water pipeline in Kamskoye Ustye. For this purpose the Republic’s budget allocated 12.8 million rubles.

The program also includes the reconstruction of obsolete water supply networks in a number of rural settlements. This will provide the population with high-quality drinking water and will reduce the amount of losses of drinking water. Returning to Urazlinskoye deposit of fresh water, it is to be noted that up to 1100 cubic meters of water per day can be taken herein. This water has good quality and softness values. It is assumed that the water will gradually be provided to the population of three settlements such as Kamskoye Ustye, Tenishevo and Kuibyshevsky Zaton.
