In Tatarstan, the plan for the overhaul of apartment buildings has been completed by 76%

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the total implementation of the apartment building renovation program is currently estimated at 76%, and seasonal work is estimated at 85%. There are 545 houses under renovation. This was reported at a meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The municipalities where the program has been completed include Alekseevsky, Apastovsky, Muslyumovsky and Spassky districts. The total number of apartment buildings where the work provided for in the program has been completed is 255.

Marat Aizatullin recalled that this year the program is being implemented in 42 municipalities of the republic. In total, according to the program, 911 apartment buildings need to be repaired in 2025.

The Minister noted that in 26 municipalities there was a deviation from the plan in terms of seasonal work. Thus, 134 houses are being repaired more slowly than stipulated by the work schedule. Their completion rate is less than 80%.
