Over 2 million 600 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

The annual housing commissioning plan has been completed by 81%, which is 2 million 638 thousand square meters.

This was announced last Saturday at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting. All municipal districts of the republic were connected via videoconference.

In the commercial housing sector, the plan has been fulfilled by 34%. The area of 72 apartment buildings commissioned exceeds 578 thousand square meters.

Under the social mortgage program, annual obligations are closed by 73%. In 2025, 35 houses are planned to be built, 15 of them are ready. The total area of the houses commissioned is 118 thousand square meters.

Individual housing construction is traditionally proceeding at the fastest pace. The total area of commissioned houses is 1 million 942 thousand square meters.
