In Tatarstan, an additional 3 billion rubles have been allocated for the overhaul of apartment buildings.
By the decision of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, an additional 3 billion rubles have been allocated this year for the overhaul of apartment buildings. This increased the program by 219 houses and provided an integrated approach to renovation work. This was announced today by Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on preparations for the heating period of 2025-2026 and the implementation of a program to modernize the municipal infrastructure in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In Tatarstan, major repairs covered 911 apartment buildings with a total financing volume of more than 11 billion rubles.
The work includes key areas:
- repair and insulation of roofs in 311 houses;
- renovation and insulation of facades in 348 houses using modern energy-saving technologies;
- renovation of indoor utilities: electrical networks, heating, water supply and sewerage with a length of 759 thousand linear meters;
- installation of 18 nodes for automatic control of coolant temperature in 12 houses;
- replacement of 711 worn-out elevators with modern energy-efficient models in 234 houses.
"Today, contractors operate in all 42 municipalities of the republic. Repairs have been completed in 333 houses, and work continues in 480. The overall performance is estimated at 82%," said Damir Shaidullin.
