“Oscar” prize in the field of the housing and construction presented on November 23d in Yaroslavl
The awarding ceremony for the winners of the first All-Russian contest “Best Young Worker of Housing and Construction” took place in the framework of the All-Russian Assembly “Housing- 2024” on Saturday, November 23d, 2013, in concerts and entertainment center “Millenium”, in Yaroslavl city.
Following the two stages, 38 candidates from different entities of eight federal districts reached the final. Young professionals competed for the right to be called the best in three categories.
Prizes in category “Best young worker of the state and municipal sphere of Housing and Construction” were given as follows: the 1st place - Yevgeny Chekashov, director of municipal unitary enterprise “Kazan Energy Service Center”, the 2d place - Aleksandr Lomako, deputy minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities and Energy of the Republic of Karelia, the 3d place - Lenar Azizov, engineer of municipal unitary enterprise “Ulyanovsk Urban Network”
In category “Best public figure in the field of housing and construction” the prizes were given as follows: the 1st place - Valentina Alekseyeva, reporter and author of weekly column “News. Communal response” on TV-channel GTRK “Chuvashiya”, the 2d place – Yevgeny Sattarov, chairman of the regional office of LLC “ Union of MZhK of Russia” for the Republic of Buryatia, the 3d place - Yuliya Kuzmina, chairman of the House Council in Cherepovets city, and activist of project “ALL HOUSES”.
In category “Best young worker of Housing and Construction in business” the prizes were given as follows: the 1st place - Yelena Bulannikova, director general of management company CJSC “Khoroshy Dom”, Tula region , the 2d place - Daniil Sinyakov, head of group of companies “KOMFORT SERVIS”, Rostov Region, the 3d place - Yevgeny Yefremov, director of management company LLC “OnegoStroiServis”, Republic of Karelia.
Presenting the winners with the prize cups, made in the form of houses, Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia Mikhail Men noted that “this award is a kind of Oscar in the sphere of housing and communal services and construction”. “We assume that we are holding the Oscar Ceremony today”, said the Minister.
The contest was held by Federal project “ALL HOUSES” supported by the Ministry of Regional Development and Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the executive bodies of the entities of the Russian Federation and local self-governments. The purpose of the contest was to identify and support talented young professionals working and studying in the field of housing and communal services and construction.
In 2013, more than 1700 applications were submitted for the contest. The contest was attended by employees of the housing sector and construction, as well as graduates and students of secondary and higher education, aged from 18 to 35.
