The State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan holds a seminar on the preparation of a design assignment in a new format

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, when submitting documentation for the state examination of capital construction facilities, the design assignment must be provided exclusively in XML format. The absence of a design assignment in the required format is the reason for refusing to accept documentation for consideration.

The current XML schema of the design assignment entered into force on July 9, 2025 and is published on the website of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. Thus, starting from this date, the submission of design assignments for state expertise is possible only in XML format.

On October 21, 2025, the RT State Expertise Training Center will host a seminar on "Requirements for the preparation of design assignments and engineering survey assignments for the development of project documentation."

The purpose of the seminar is to analyze typical errors in the preparation of design assignments and engineering surveys in order to prepare design documentation for capital construction projects in a new format.
