The mobile application "Gosuslugi.The house"
One of the directions of the introduction of digital services is the development of the mobile application "Gosuslugi.Dom", which provides citizens with convenient access to housing and communal services. This was stated today at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin.
"The Ministry of Construction of Russia has been massively implementing the Gosuslugi mobile application since September 2023.The house." This is the most convenient form of work for citizens in the state information system of housing and communal services," said the first Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. - Since January 2025, access for owners of individual residential buildings has been added to the application, as well as the new "guest access" functionality.
The planned number of users in Tatarstan at the end of this year should be 482,162 people. Currently, there are 349,177 mobile app users in the republic, which is 72% of the plan for 2025.
