The house chats of 3640 apartment buildings have been transferred to the national messenger

Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, announced the transfer of house chats of apartment buildings to the Maks national messenger today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As the first deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan noted, by December of this year it is necessary to transfer house chats used for communication of management companies with residents of the MCD to the national messenger.

"The Ministry conducted an analysis of the information provided by the municipalities of the republic on the number of house chats transferred to the national messenger. Currently, out of 18151 MCS, 3640 have been transferred to Max, which is 20%. In 21 districts, as well as in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, the percentage of transition is less than 30%, in 11 it is above 30%, and in 11 districts all apartment buildings have switched to the national messenger," D.Shaidullin noted.

In accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the heads of municipalities must take personal control of the issue of transferring house chats of apartment buildings to the national messenger.
