The Rais of Tatarstan visited the new "House of Care" in Zelenodolsk
The Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, visited a new "Care Home" for the elderly and people with disabilities as part of a working trip to Zelenodolsk. He was accompanied by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
The specialized boarding school was opened in October of this year as part of the federal program "Senior Generation" of the national project "Family". The total amount of financing amounted to 854 million rubles, of which 607 million - from the federal budget and 247 million - from the budget of the republic. The total area of the building is 8.6 thousand square meters.
The institution has a capacity of 120 places. All conditions have been created here: cozy rooms, creative workshops, a library and modern massage rooms. The gym for physical therapy and physiotherapy is equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment.
Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the conditions created in the boarding school. He stressed that caring for the older generation and people with disabilities is a sacred duty. "I wish you a pleasant stay. Comfortable conditions have been created here, including for sports and creativity. We have a very professional team, including medical staff and social workers.
