The annual plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 97%
The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of housing construction in Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan.
According to the minister, 3,156 million square meters of housing have been built in the republic, thus the annual plan has been fulfilled by 97%.
42% of the planned volume has been completed through commercial construction – 89 apartment buildings with a total area of 707 thousand square meters.
According to the social mortgage program, the fulfillment of the plan reached 93%. Of the 35 houses, 20 are ready with a total area of more than 150 thousand square meters.m. Including 9 houses in Kazan, 5 in Naberezhnye Chelny, 2 houses each in Bugulminsky, Vysokogorsky and Sabinsky districts.
As for individual housing construction, 17024 houses with an area of more than 2.298 million square meters have been commissioned so far.
