A solemn check-in of the social library house with the participation of Rustam Minnikhanov took place today in Baltas
Today, in the village of Baltasi, the ceremonial occupancy of the 12-apartment building No.2A on Kaenlyk street. It was built at the expense of investments from the State Housing Fund under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the republican Social library program. The Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, took part in the event.
The three-storey single-entrance new building will house large families, orphaned children and participants in the Rental Housing program. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with double-circuit boilers, plumbing, gas stoves, gas analyzers, water, gas and electricity meters.
The investment plan of the State Housing Fund for the current year involves the construction of 35 houses in Tatarstan for 3274 apartments with a total area of 161.7 thousand square meters.m. To date, the plan has been completed by 93%.
The Republican social mortgage program was launched in 2005 and makes it possible to fulfill one of the main objectives of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" - to increase the provision of housing for citizens.
