The annual plan for housing commissioning in Tatarstan has been completed by 102%
The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of housing construction in Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
According to the minister, 3.335 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic, which indicates the fulfillment of the annual plan by 102%.
The plan for commercial multi-storey construction has been completed by 47%. 96 apartment buildings with a total area of 796 thousand square meters have been commissioned.
The annual plan for the social mortgage program has been completed. The construction of 44 residential buildings with a total area of 162 thousand square meters has been completed.
17,607 houses with an area of more than 2.376 million square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
