The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the implementation of the national project "Infrastructure for Life"

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the working group on attracting federal funds to the economy of Tatarstan.

The discussion was attended by State Duma Deputy Marat Nuriev, First Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin, Chairman of the State Council Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development Andrey Egorov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan Iskander Giniyatullin, Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Galeeva.

Airat Gallyamov, Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the completion of work and the disbursement of funds allocated from the federal budget for the implementation of the federal program "Modernization of Communal Infrastructure" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".  In particular, he said that in 2025, funding for this program amounted to 4.1 billion rubles, of which 2.1 billion were from the federal budget. A total of 47 facilities have been implemented in 11 municipalities, and 135 km of utility networks have been replaced.

In 2026, financing in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles is provided for the implementation of the federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure in the republic, including 1.2 billion rubles from the federal budget. The program includes 17 facilities, 7 of which will be operational starting in 2025. It is planned to change 50 km of engineering networks.

Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the plans for the implementation of the program "Infrastructure Development in settlements" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". He noted that the program has set a target of "Improving the quality of the environment for life in key settlements." This indicator is included in the system for evaluating the effectiveness of senior officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The indicator is integral and is calculated using 15 components, reflecting the state and dynamics of infrastructure and living environment development in each core settlement. Among the components are housing provision, renovation of housing stock, development of communal infrastructure, elimination of unauthorized landfills, road quality, transport connectivity, etc. Each component has its own data sources, accounting methods, and verification rules.
