Today, a briefing was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan on ensuring the smooth operation of road services and housing and communal services in Tatarstan during the New Year holidays. Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke at the event.
"We have long days off ahead, and the task of the housing and communal services industry is to ensure the trouble-free functioning of all life support systems," said the first Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to D.Shaidullin, 1,296 organizations provide housing and communal services in Tatarstan. All of them have done the necessary work to provide uninterrupted and high-quality services on weekends and holidays.
Special attention will be paid to providing heat supply to apartment buildings.
The Ministry, together with local governments and housing and communal services enterprises, has prepared social facilities and housing and communal services for the heating period. All heat supply and heating grid organizations have received certificates of readiness for the heating period.
The heating season is currently running normally.
To control and eliminate possible incidents and accidents
In the communal complex of the Republic, during the New Year and Christmas events from December 31 to January 11, a duty schedule has been formed for responsible officials of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan from among the senior staff.
In addition to the housing and communal services organizations themselves, the State Unitary Enterprise Tatleasing has been put on standby. An emergency technical reserve of materials and equipment has been created at its base.
"Starting in 2023, 160.8 million rubles will be allocated for the purchase and maintenance of emergency equipment. The company has 10 diesel generators with a total capacity of 645 kW, 3 KAMAZ chassis vehicles with Crane Manipulator equipment, and 5 lighting masts," said Damir Shaidullin. - Also, before the start of the heating season, two mobile boiler installations with a capacity of 2.5 MW and 3.5 MW were tested.
To promptly respond to appeals and possible accidents, the Ministry has organized a 24-hour dispatch service (tel. 231-14-10), which constantly monitors emergency situations and their elimination. Her interaction with the operational duty officer of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, with local governments, and with municipal organizations has been organized to obtain operational information and solve any problems related to the elimination of accidents.
