In 2026, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan will have to implement 50 republican programs with a total financial limit of about 77 billion rubles. This was stated today at the traditional Saturday meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting.
"With these funds, it is planned to build, repair, modernize and improve about 3,000 facilities," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to Marat Aizatullin, 4 programs are being implemented in the field of housing construction.
The minimum housing commissioning plan for 2026 is 3.175 million square meters. Of these, 1,980 million square meters will be commissioned through individual housing construction; 1,045 million square meters - in the segment of multi-family investment housing and 150,000 square meters (107 houses in 29 districts of the republic) - under the social mortgage program.
