According to the project, the MFC building will be three-storeyed with a total area of 2.5 thousand square meters.m. Now the builders are carrying out electrical installation, tiling, installation of internal plumbing and ventilation system.
On the ground floor there will be an auditorium with 300 seats, costume rooms, a bandstand, a spacious lobby, a foyer, a spacious wardrobe, a buffet, a security post and other office facilities.
The second floor will house an art studio, a vocal studio, a recording room, a choreography room, a choreographer/coach room, a second stage light, changing rooms, a foyer, administrative offices.
It is planned to equip a universal hall, a coworking space, administrative offices and technical rooms on the third floor.
The building will be equipped with modern equipment, new furniture and accessible to people with limited mobility.
