The plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been completed by 24%
Information on the progress of housing construction in Tatarstan was provided today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
More than 749,000 square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan - the plan has been fulfilled by 24%.
Thus, 38 apartment buildings with a total area of about 272 thousand square meters were commissioned through commercial construction, which is 26% of the planned volume.
According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 22%. Of the 108 houses, 7 were built with a total area of more than 32 thousand square meters. m: in Naberezhnye Chelny, Mamadyshsky, Buinsky districts, 2 houses each in Zelenodolsk and Yelabuga district.
445,000 square meters have been commissioned for individual housing construction, which is 23% of the plan.
