The housing commissioning plan in Tatarstan has been completed by 38%
Today, at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin informed about the progress of housing construction.
Rustam Minnikhanov held the traditional Saturday meeting.
"As of March 21, the housing commissioning plan was completed by 38%, more than 1,194 million square meters were commissioned," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
52 apartment buildings with a total area of about 417 thousand square meters were commissioned through commercial construction, which is 40% of the planned volume.
According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 33%. Of the planned 108 houses, 9 were built with a total area of over 49 thousand square meters. m.
728,000 square meters have been commissioned for individual housing construction, which is 37% of the plan.
