As part of the program at the Algarysh center, builders reconstructed walls, installed monolithic columns, ceilings, repaired engineering and technical support networks, replaced windows and doors, and carried out interior decoration. The entrances, cafe terraces, roof, facade of the building have also been updated, lighting and a modern sign have been installed.

The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the use of construction products manufactured by the management institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Republic of Tatarstan.
