Dmitry Medvedev supported the decision to abolish the social norm of electricity consumption in all regions of Russia.
These measures should have come into force with 01.07.2014.
The United Russia party did not agree with the introduction , as electricity consumption in regions of Russia is different.
It shouldn't be unified standards for all regions of Russia.
