Farit Hanifov: "We need to change the schedule of the construction year. The projects should be completed in September"

Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov held a zonal meeting on the implementation of the Programmes 2013-2014 in Naberezhnye Chelny.

He informed  it is necessary to change the term of completion  of the projects.  "The end of the construction season is the end of the 9th month. All projects must be completed in September, because now we are preparing a program structure for 2015, which will include up to 30 construction projects. We need to change the shedule of the construction year." - concluded Farit Hanifov.

Farit Hanifov paid attention on  such national programs as emergency housing, construction investment of apartment  housing, low-rise construction, the construction of sports grounds. "In emergency houses  the most unprotected layers of the population live, we must care not only about the present life of these people but the future life too. People living in these  houses  must have a flats in a new house. If the other people live in this houses  they  should be removed to a new house too," he said.

According to the program of construction of kindergartens 2013 in the Republic of Tatarstan 16 buildings will be put into operation.

In Naberezhnye Chelny  5 kindergartens will be put into  operation.
