A new Republican blood Center was opened in Kazan.

Today  Republican blood Center  was opened in Kazan. Minister of health of Russia Veronika Skvortsova, Deputy Minister of health of the Russian Federation Airat Farrakhov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, first Deputy of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing Farit Hanifov, heads of Federal and Republican ministries and departments took part in the opening. 

Total amount of financing of the project is 880 816,3 thousand rubles, including the Russian Federation budget  458 024,5 thousand roubles,  budget of the Republic of Tatarstan 422 791,8 thousand rubles. According to the plans of the Federal and Republican ministries of health, the new building will allow to make  in Republic of Tatarstan modern blood services that meet European standards, providing a comfortable environment for donors and staff. The first donor in the new Republican center will be had  in the middle of June 2014.
