135 amendments received to the budget bill.

Today at the session of RT state Council Committee on budget, taxes and Finance, which was held by Chairman Leonid Yakunin, representatives of ministries and departments of the Republic discussed the amendments to the draft law "On budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and the plan period 2016 and 2017". First Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing Farit Mudarisovich took part in the session. It received 133 main amendments and two additional to the law on budget most of them were made by the Cabinet of Ministers of RT. As explained Radik Gaizatullin, amendments, submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of RT can be divided into 3 blocks. The first unit is connected with the reflection of interbudgetary transfers from the Federal budget; the second is clarifying and editorial in nature, with no change in volume; the third refers to appropriations for the newly adopted legal acts.

Discussing common table amendments, the deputies adopted the resolution of the Committee, which recommended that the RT state Council to consider and adopt the draft law on the budget in the second and third readings. The state Council was proposed in the second and final readings to consider and adopt the draft budget of the Territorial Fund of compulsory medical insurance. Later at the Committee meeting were reviewed 4 of the bill, introduced by the Deputy of the state Council of RT IV convocation Albert Shigabutdinov, they relate to the regulation of taxation.

The Committee recommended that the bills to be rejected.
