LLC "Common clearing Center" of Kazan is included in the list of management companies of the Republic of Tatarstan, the payment of utility bills through the Portal of state services with free Commission. The "CCC Kazan"  service more than 332 thousand personal accounts.

From February 1, 2015 in Tatarstan entered free commission  for payment of utility bills through the portal of public and municipal services RT and mobile application "RT Services".  From 1st of  February 2015 for the holders of credit cards of  "AK BARS" Bank" is entered free  Commission upon receipt of any services and making payments through the state services portal the RT and mobile application. Since March 1, the list includes LLC "SRC Naberezhnye Chelny" and MUP "RPI, Zelenodolsk" that service  more than 240 thousand personal accounts.

The ability to pay without a fee received 1 million households. Work on free Commission is conducted on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The share of payments for utility services is about 52 % of the total volume of electronic payments. Together with the tax payments and fees (8 %), the Commission which is also 0%, through the Portal without a fee now paid 60% of electronic payments.
