Irek Faizullin took part in the All-Russian meeting on the development of housing construction in Moscow.

Today in Moscow hosted the first All-Russian meeting of industry manufacturers of building materials, products and designs. Participation took the minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Men, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov, chairman of LLC "MC" RUSNANO "Anatoly Chubais, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin and others.

The theme of the plenary session was "Building materials industry of Russia: current state, problems and prospects".

Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, was made in the first discussion session on "Development of the industrial base of housing construction in urban centers of modern Russia." In his speech, he touched upon the current state and prospects of development of industrial technologies, the problem of industrial housing construction, as well as their solutions, building materials industry.

In his speech Mikhail Men said that the establishment of a professional public organization that would represent the interests of all producers of building materials, is long overdue.

"We support the initiative, which arose from the professional community. Finally, the authorities have a partner for dialogue, and we look forward to helping the association on issues related to the development of the industry. The initiative group offered me, Denis Valentinovich Manturov and Anatoly Chubais to head the supervisory board of the association. This is logical: in the supervisory board will be presented to the construction, industry and innovation, "- said the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.

He recalled that recently there was a division of powers between the two ministries in relation to the building materials industry: Russian Industry and Trade Ministry will determine the state policy in this sphere and to engage in the development strategy, and the Ministry of Construction of Russia - responsible for the technical regulation. Mikhail Men said that in this area the government adopted a revolutionary solution: "Appears state task in the field of technical regulation and pricing in the construction industry."
