This year Tatarstan will drill 38 artesian wells.

In the Republic, with the support of the acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov 2010, it launched the programme "Water supply in rural areas. Within the program there are built of iron removal plant drinking water, replacing filtration system at the water treatment plant, well drilling, construction of water supply network, installed a water tower. 

In 2014,by  the programme of rural water supply built 328,5 km of water supply networks, drilled 28 wells, installed 38 water towers. Improved water supply in 115 localities in 45 municipalities.

In 2015 it is planned to build 301,29 km of water networks, 38 artesian wells, 45 water towers in 45 MO.

In the field of sanitation in 2015 finance  funded:

-for designing and construction of drainage systems and block WWTP in  Bavly;

- for the construction, overhaul biological wastewater treatment plant and wastewater networks in Aznakayevo, S. Aksubaevo, S. Baltaci, Kamskoe Ustie, S. Muslyumovo, D. Panovka, S. Sarmanovo, Bulgarians, Tetyushi towns;

- for the overhaul of the first-line biological treatment facilities in the village the Staroye Droggonoe, the construction of the wastewater disposal system in Menzelinsk, the organization of local treatment facilities in  Tukai region.

During the period 2010-2014 constructed and reconstructed 1368 km of water networks, 145 water towers, 159 artesian wells.
