Ministry of Construction create anticorruption system

Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation creates a "hotline" to fight corruption in their own ranks. Minister positively welcomed the initiative of the Committee for Security and Anti-Corruption of the State Duma.

In the explanatory memorandum the Ministry of Construction of the project indicated that the initiative "should form intolerance in society to corrupt behavior," according to "Izvestia". The draft also stated that the work of hotline is strictly regulated.

Reception and recording of complaints "hotline" will be carried out every day, except weekends and public holidays, according to the following schedule: Monday to Thursday - from 9.00 am to 18.00 pm Moscow time; Friday from 9.00 am to 16.45 pm Moscow time - according to the draft initiative.

The press service of the department noted that the final decision will be made after a public discussion of the bill. In this case, the bill provides for confidentiality. Separately negotiated the possibility of criminal prosecution in the case of "misleading information" under Art. 306 of the Criminal Code.
