In Kazan on September 29 officially started the heating season. Head of Kazan Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin signed the decree on 25th of September. The document prescribes priority to ensure the supply of health care facilities, child care, and educational institutions.
According to specifications, the heat must be provided when the average daily temperature does not rise above 8 degrees Celsius for 5 days. However, in Kazan heat supply is provided in advance by the applications.
City will be provided by heating system fully after completed adjustment of the modes of district heating, which takes up to two weeks. We should remind, last year the heating season began on 16 September.
