Service for collection of utility debts organized in Elabuga

In Elabuga earned service for collecting utility debts. It is operated by a single settlement-cash center. Such centers today are only in two cities: Nizhnekamsk and Yekaterinburg. The staff includes seven people and three groups. 

"The first group deals with pre-trial and pre-litigation work, namely the study of the debtors, the establishment of social status, drawing up of the passport for each personal account. They also work with businesses and organizations, which are debtors. In addition, they will conclude contracts on a phased agreement. The second group of employees are lawyers. Their goal is to prepare the debtors statements of claim for further transmission to the court. The task of the third group – interaction with law enforcement agencies for the purpose of debt collection"

To get under the attention of the new Department, enough to accumulate debts for utility services in the amount of 20 thousand rubles. However, employers information about an employee-the debtor will be sent, starting with 15 thousand.
