The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of 8 republican and federal programs for the modernization of engineering networks at a traditional meeting in the Government House today.

Construction of a kindergarten is beginning in the village of Oktyabrsky in the Zelenodolsk municipal district of Tatarstan. The relevant government contract has been concluded with the general contractor.

According to the project, it will be a two-storey building with a total area of 3 thousand square meters and designed for 260 seats. There are gyms and music halls, group rooms, a medical room, a treatment room, a food hall, and a laundry room.

The Gosuslugi Dom application is regularly updated with new features. Now the owners of individual residential buildings, including houses of blocked buildings, can also use the application. Previously, the app was only available to apartment owners in apartment buildings. Information about the property for which ownership is registered and entered by the local administration in the GIS housing and communal services is uploaded automatically.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a videoconference meeting on compliance with labor protection rules and regulations on construction sites in Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by members of the interdepartmental working group on labor protection in the construction industry, developers and government customers, heads of specialized educational organizations, representatives of 45 municipalities of the republic.

In Tatarstan, 213 facilities will be repaired under the program of major repairs in the field of education. Of the 33 schools, boarding schools, orphanages and extracurricular work centers, 8 state contracts have been concluded, 11 have been auctioned, state contracts will be concluded by March 11, and for the remaining 14 facilities, the auction and conclusion of state contracts are scheduled for March. According to the capital repair program, taking into account the additional limit, a list of 911 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities has been formed. Elevators will be replaced in 222 buildings, general construction works will be carried out in 677 houses, and both types of these works will be carried out in 11 houses. 

The first stage of major hospital repairs has been completed in Yelabuga Central District Hospital. Furniture is currently being installed in the premises.

During the overhaul, interior finishing works were carried out in the four-storey hospital building, windows and doors were replaced, low-current networks were repaired and new medical equipment was installed. Internal engineering networks have also been completely modernized - heating, ventilation, water supply, electricity, sewerage.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the participation of the heads of brick factories of the Republic. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev.

During the meeting, the results of the activities of brick production enterprises in 2024 were summed up, and the current situation in this industry was analyzed. The participants also identified the main tasks for 2025-2026.
