In the Volga Federal District, the municipal infrastructure is being modernized with the involvement of concessional loans from the National Welfare Fund and financial support from the federal budget. The operator of these programs is the Territorial Development Fund (RDF).

Tatarstan continues to prepare for the start of the "Our Yard" program in 2025. According to the RT Urban Development Institute Foundation, on February 10, the republic began purchasing equipment for equipping courtyards – sports, children's, etc. As of February 14th. of the total program limit, 80% of the equipment has been recruited. Thus, 33 schools, boarding schools, orphanages and an extracurricular work center will be completely renovated in 23 municipalities. There are functional areas in 83 schools and food halls in 74 educational institutions.

Major repairs of the infectious diseases department of the Zainsky Central District Hospital have been completed.

The infectious diseases department has a capacity of 54 beds. A whole range of works has been completed in this three-storey building with a total area of 2,161 square meters. The facade and roof of the building have been updated, internal engineering networks have been repaired, windows and doors have been replaced. Interior decoration has also been carried out - installation of ceilings, floors, wall tiles, bathrooms.

As Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, told RBC Tatarstan during a round table, 4.8 million square meters of housing are currently under construction in the republic. About a third of them are currently at the initial stage of work.

In total, more than 516 construction permits have been issued in Tatarstan today, Gimaev said.

In the village of Danaurovka in the Chistopolsky municipal district of Tatarstan, construction of a paramedic and obstetric center has begun. The FAA building is being built according to a standard modular design with a total area of 58 sq.m. At the moment, the builders are completing the installation of the module. It will be equipped with functional, comfortable rooms and modern equipment that will provide primary medical care to residents of Danaurovka.

The new educational institution is located on Stadionnaya Street. This two-storey building with a total area of 1,585 square meters can accommodate 150 people.

Major repairs have been completed at the Kazan Cadet Boarding School named after Hero of the Soviet Union B. K. Kuznetsov.

The roof of the five-storey building with a total area of 5,575 square meters has been replaced, interior finishing works and ceiling installation have been carried out. The electric lighting system has also been repaired and technical equipment installed.

The work was carried out within the framework of the Republican program for the overhaul of state educational institutions in 2024.
