This was stated today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on housing construction and social housing programs in the Republic of Tatarstan.

When forming capital repair programs, municipalities are required to include measures to restore the operability of ventilation ducts and chimneys in those apartment buildings where there is an increased risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. This was stated by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the progress of the renovation of residential buildings in the Republic.

The program of capital repairs of apartment buildings began operating in Tatarstan in 2008 and is one of the most ambitious, given the timing of its implementation, the number of people affected, and the volume of investments.
