Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a joint meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "construction, housing and communal services, urban environment". The meeting was held in Moscow under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin. In the training center of the state autonomous institution "Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture", with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, advanced training courses on information modeling technologies (TIM) are being held. The training is conducted for customers, chief project engineers, cost estimators, heads of organizations responsible for the implementation of TIM in the organization.

To date, 407 thousand square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan – 15% of the plan. The greatest fulfillment of the plan is recorded for the social housing construction: by mid-February, it was completed by almost 47% - 70 thousand square meters were commissioned.
