The Heritage Architectural Restoration Center is organized for the training of personnel and scientific and methodological support of objects of restoration and preservation of historical heritage. Training is conducted on both traditional and innovative technologies of architectural restoration, including the use of digital methods and equipment.

The three-level space houses a multifunctional hall, a design workshop, a library of scientific and methodological literature on restoration, a laboratory for complex scientific research, and a restoration workshop.

In the laboratory of complex scientific research, the guests were told about innovative methods of working with digital equipment: 3D laser scanning, online monitoring of the parameters of the physical condition of objects using radio and Internet data transmission systems in remote access.

A workshop of restoration technologies was also presented. Practical work is carried out here with various restoration materials: wood, metal, stone, etc. "Restoration work requires a lot of money. In order to make them cheaper, it is necessary to actively introduce new technologies into practice. Then we will be able to restore many more facilities," Rustam Minnikhanov stressed.

At the Architectural Physics center, the guests were introduced to the research of microclimate parameters and the external environment. These are wind loads and the movement of wind flows, temperature and humidity parameters, illumination and insolation, the transmittance of translucent structures, thermal properties of enclosing structures.
